Jimmy Uso did the smart thing.  He asked for a lawyer repeatedly.  The Officer should stop questioning Uso immediately.

Jimmy Uso, WWE star wrestler, was found not guilty of DUI in December of 2019.

Uso was tried by a Pensacola, Florida jury and that jury found reasonable doubt that Uso was driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Uso, whose non-ring name is Jonathan Fatu, was stopped for speeding and did appear to be clumsy in his walking and hard to understand while conversing with the Officers.

 

The arresting officer claimed that Uso smelled so much of alcoholic beverages that he had to roll the cruiser windows down to transport Uso to jail.

Uso was found not guilty of the DUI and guilty of the speeding.

It appears that the jury did not believe the Officers’ version of events and conclusions concerning Uso.  The jury may also have resented the Officers’ repeated failure to cease talking to Uso after he requested a Lawyer.
