Henry Thomas is the actor who played Elliott, the child who befriended E.T.

Thomas was charged with DUI and reckless driving on Oregon earlier in 2019.

In November, 2019, Thomas entered a no contest plea to driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Thomas was found unconscious behind the wheel of a running automobile at an intersection.

Police awakened Thomas and took him to the Washington County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Thomas’ guilty plea was pursuant to a plea agreement.

Under the agreement, Thomas was placed in a 12 month diversion program to teach Thomas the error of consuming excess alcohol and attempting to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Thomas also paid a fine, had ignition interlock installed and attended a victim/ impact meeting.

The movie ET:  The Extra-Terrestrial passed Star Wars as the highest grossing movie ever.

Thomas as eleven when chosen for the role.

Thomas has appeared a Netflix horror movie: The Haunting of Hill House.
